新闻投诉评议机制是从对象控制和同行控制的角度以非诉讼方式来化解新闻纠纷的一种制度性渠道,它既是公众委托媒介的内在需求,也是新闻专业自律的一种表现形式。新闻投诉评议机制目前在我国尚未普遍建立,但现在也恰是普遍建立和推广新闻投诉评议机制的最好时机。我国可以从新闻机构和新闻行业协会两个层面来构建新闻投诉评议制度。
The mechanism of news complaint review is an institutional channel to resolve news disputes from the perspective of object control and peer control. It is not only the intrinsic demand of public entrusted media, but also a manifestation of journalistic self-discipline. At present, the mechanisms for judging the news complaints are not yet established in our country at present. However, it is the best time for them to establish and popularize the complaints mechanism for news complaints. China can construct news commentary and appraisal system from two aspects: news agencies and news industry associations.
