陈仰熙报导国营建光机器厂最近研制成功“P05/ZK型可编程组装机”(即半自动元件插装机)。该机的主要技术性能与西德“PETER JORDAN eletronic division”的产品“Jordan MP—Assembly Table”类同,但售价却不到后者的1/4。 P05/ZK型可编程组装机是一种具有智能软件的电子专用设备,它可用于各种印刷电路板的装插元件工序。它设有光符号库,通过编程,61个光符号可明确指出每个待装器件的位置和类别,自动馈送相应的器件杯。这样,既消除了错装现象,又能使单人一次性完成整块印制板的器件装插工作,取代常规装配线上数人,甚至数十人才能完成的流水作业,使装配效率大大提高。该机的研制成功,可望为国家节汇。
