Grasp the Opportunity and Face the Future This year is the first year of the “13th Five-year Plan” for education informatization in our district and also the crucial stage for completing the 10-year development plan of national education informatization. To promote the modernization of education by means of educational informationization is the only way to realize the balanced development of education spanning and regional education. As an important part of the education chain, teachers can not develop without teachers at every step of their development. In this great transformation brought by education informatization to traditional education, the backbone of change is the teacher. This is provided for teachers’ educational concepts, learning pathways, improvement of teaching quality, individualized development of teachers, professional growth, teaching and scientific research and promotion of achievements
