今年,河北蔚县南杨庄乡将村书记、主任的干部补贴全部统筹到乡,实行月小评,年终总评的考核办法。乡成立考评小组,月初布置工作、月末检查,考评结果的分数与布置下月工作时一并印发,年终考评分数包括月工作实绩分,目标管理责任制考核分以及参加县、乡会议分。村书记、主任干部补贴每季发放一次,前三季发放统筹款的20％,第四季发放统筹款的40％,每季发放款数,分为基本补贴和效益补贴两部分。基本补贴占应发放补贴款数
