随着市场经济的不断发展,我国的商业经营范围越来越广泛,在此基础上营业转让的频率越来越大,因此必须通过相关法律法规对营业转让过程中的各种行为作出规定,有效维护市场经济秩序。商法理念下的营业转让行为需要具有一定的规范性,在转让过程中必须明确转让对象的界定,并对转让中的相关标准进行有效整合。本文就商法理念下的营业转让法律规制进行了探究。
