图1所示的钢圈模由两块半圆形组成,使用时组装成一体。原工艺是采用单块淬火,热处理变形大。耐磨性差,使用寿命低。
The steel ring mold shown in FIG. 1 is composed of two semicircles, which are assembled into one body when in use. The original process is a single piece of quenching, heat treatment deformation. Poor wear resistance, low service life.
