根据液力冲击器随钻监测仪的要求与技术参数,设计了基于单片机的钻井液压力检测与记录系统,详细论述了传感器信号处理电路、单片机控制系统的组成与工作原理,并对监测仪的机械结构作了说明。实验证明,所设计的系统集成度高、功耗低、工作可靠。 According to the requirements and technical parameters of the hydraulic impact drill while drilling monitor, a drilling fluid pressure detection and recording system based on the singlechip is designed. The composition and working principle of the sensor signal processing circuit and the singlechip control system are discussed in detail. Mechanical structure is described. Experiments show that the designed system has high integration, low power consumption and reliable work.
