对含焊接缺陷的某输油管线爆管取样进行了试验和分析。在此基础上，对工作压力周围的压力波动和停输两种载荷条件下管道的疲劳寿命采用Paris疲劳裂纹扩展模型进行了预测，结果表明管道至少可安全运行8～16年。
The test of pipe burst sampling of a pipeline with welding defects was carried out. On this basis, the Paris fatigue crack growth model was used to predict the fatigue life of the pipe under two kinds of loads, including the pressure fluctuation around the working pressure and the shutdown load. The results show that the pipe can run at least 8-16 years safely.
