通过对深孔加工中加工安全问题的研究,针对钻削过程中钻头、钻杆的运动原理,构建了合适的力学模型,进行了相关的运动学和力学分析研究,论证了该机构模型的原理是完全可行的,根据原理设计了一种新型自适应转角机构实现对钻杆扭矩的实时监测,并对其工作原理进行了详细阐述,将完整的装置安装在深孔加工机床上进行试验,验证其达到设计要求,起到了很好的过载保护作用。
