作者对82例Ⅰ～Ⅵ级脑星形细胞瘤的成年患者进行了放疗。放疗采用6Mev,剂量20Gy/日,二周九次。68.2％病人肿瘤剂量在60～70Gy,其余均在60Gy以下。肿瘤分级高的先全脑照射50Gy,然后缩小射野补量。肿瘤分级高的用局部大野直至治疗结束。放疗后随诊见到,手术“完全”或不完全切除肿瘤的中位生存期为14个月,仅取活检的为8个月。但无论手术范围如何,肿瘤分级高的比分级低的生存率低,Ⅰ～Ⅱ级,Ⅲ级,Ⅵ级的中位生存期分别为42.0个月,12.0个月,7.0个月。一年
