作为国内最具消费潜力的北京零售市场历来是兵家必争之地,各种商业业态的出现,世界大鳄的纷至杳来,已使北京零售市场竞争越来越激烈。即便如此,北京有关部门仍表示,北京零售市场在未来相当一段时间内还有很大空间。据统计,目前共有15家外资在京开设29家大型店,2008年还将有几家国外公司进入。北京目前每年消费额约为1800亿人民币,外资市场份额占1/20。北京市商委主任梁伟认为,北京市场目前饱和度还不高,还有空白点。正因如此,有着韩国三大百货业巨头之一的“现代百货”经营模式的“韩Show”将以全新的经营方式抢占先机,进行他们的中国市场功略。
As the most potential consumer spending in Beijing, the retail market has always been a must for military strategists. With the advent of various commercial formats and the worldwide predators, the retail market in Beijing has become more and more competitive. Even so, relevant departments in Beijing still said that there is still room for Beijing’s retail market for quite some time in the future.
