所谓的身体素质是指人体在运动中所表现出来的力量、速度、柔韧、协调、灵敏的能力。格局调查发现我国中小学生的身体素质已经连续多年,国家相继出台了一些列的政策和法规以此来促近中小学生的身体素质。《体育与健康课程标准》的颁布和实施,在一定程度上促进和提高了学生的身体素质。国家鼓励地方政府根据各地的实际情况出发制定和开发校本课程。笔者从事小学体育教学20余年,在平时的工作和学习中总结了一定的方法来提高学生的身体素质,下面我将自己的学习心得介绍于各位同仁,以期待给你的教学带来帮助。
The so-called physical quality refers to the body demonstrated in the movement of strength, speed, flexibility, coordination and sensitivity. Pattern survey found that the physical quality of primary and secondary students in our country has been continuous for many years, the state has introduced a number of listed policies and regulations in order to promote the physical quality of primary and secondary school students. The promulgation and implementation of “Sports and Health Curriculum Standards” have promoted and improved the students’ physical fitness to a certain extent. The state encourages local governments to formulate and develop school-based curricula based on the actual conditions in various places. I engaged in primary school physical education for more than 20 years, in the usual work and study summed up a certain way to improve the physical fitness of students, I will introduce my own learning experience in my colleagues, in the hope that your teaching will bring help.
