目的:探讨人类白细胞抗原-G(HLA-G)在原发性皮肤黑色素瘤(CMM)中的表达情况及其与孕激素受体(PR)表达的关系。方法:以免疫组化法检测35例原发性CMM、12例痣细胞痣(6例炎性痣细胞痣,6例普通痣细胞痣)HLA-G及PR的表达,并结合临床及组织病理学资料进行分析。结果:HLA-G与PR均在CMM中选择性表达。HLA-G蛋白表达与肿瘤微环境炎细胞浸润显著相关。PR表达在女性、年龄≤55岁、病程>1年、溃疡以及非肢端型组织亚型的阳性比例增高,但均无统计学意义。HLA-G与PR在CMM中的表达无显著相关。结论:HLA-G在CMM中的表达调节可能与肿瘤微环境中宿主抗肿瘤免疫反应有关,而与孕激素无关。
Objective: To investigate the expression of human leukocyte antigen-G (HLA-G) in primary cutaneous melanoma (CMM) and its relationship with progesterone receptor (PR) expression. Methods: The expressions of HLA-G and PR in 35 cases of primary CMM, 12 cases of nevus nevus (6 cases of inflammatory nevus nevus and 6 cases of nevus nevus) were detected by immunohistochemistry. Combined with clinical and histopathological Neo-Confucianism data analysis. Results: Both HLA-G and PR were selectively expressed in CMM. HLA-G protein expression was significantly associated with tumor microenvironment inflammatory cell infiltration. PR expression in women, age ≤ 55 years of age, duration of disease> 1 year, ulcers and non-extremity tissue subtype positive rate increased, but no statistically significant. HLA-G and PR in CMM expression was not significantly correlated. Conclusion: The regulation of HLA-G expression in CMM may be related to the host anti-tumor immune response in tumor microenvironment, but not to progesterone.
