自80年代以来,越南制定了一系列经济改革、对外开放的政策,特别是在引进外资领域所作的努力及取得的成果引人注目。 为了获得经济建设所急需的大批资金,越南政府于1987年12月颁布了条件较为宽松的《外国在越南投资法》。该法规定:外国投资商在越南可以与任何具有法人资格的国营企业和私营企业合资,越方私人也可参股。外商在合资企业中可拥有多达99.9%的股权,在独资企业中可拥有100%的股权,投资期限可长达20~50年。对大型企业、出口项目和落后地区投资的外商可享受优惠税率(如投资出口项目可免征原料、设备进口税)。赚取的利润可自由汇回本国。允许私人开
Since the 1980s, Vietnam has formulated a series of economic reforms. The policy of opening up to the outside world, especially the efforts made in the field of attracting foreign investment, and the achievements made have drawn prominence. In order to obtain much needed funds for economic construction, the Vietnamese government enacted a more lenient “Foreign Investment Law in Vietnam” in December 1987. The law stipulates that foreign investors in Vietnam can form joint ventures with any state-owned and private-owned enterprise with legal personality and can also be privately owned by the Vietnamese side. Foreign investors can own up to 99.9% of the equity in a joint venture, 100% in a wholly-owned enterprise, and the investment period can be as long as 20 to 50 years. For large enterprises, export projects and foreign investment in backward regions can enjoy the preferential tax rate (such as investment in export items may be exempted from raw materials, equipment import tax).
