小高桥水电站是安宁河上的一个梯级,位于凉山彝族自治州德昌县境内,工程简单、交通方便,1958年我院曾进行设计并部分施工,后因故缓建。党的十一届三中全会以来,德昌县为发挥其矿产和水利资源丰富的优势,提出开发小高桥电站作为硅铁厂电源的自备电厂。1984年德昌县委托我院继续进行设计,经过两年多的努力,初设报告于1987年9月正式审查
Xiaojiaoqiao hydropower station is a step on the Anning River, located in the territory of Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture in Dechang County, the project is simple, convenient transportation, in 1958, our hospital had to design and part of the construction, then due to the reason. Since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, Dechang County, in order to give full play to its advantages of abundant mineral resources and water conservancy resources, proposes to develop the self-provided power plant that supplies the power plant of Xiaogaoqiao as the ferrosilicon plant. In 1984, Dechang County commissioned our hospital to continue the design, after more than two years of hard work, the initial report was formally reviewed in September 1987
