目的 :寻求理想的心脑血管药物。方法 :用溴代及胺化反应合成了四甲基吡嗪衍生物。结果 :合成了四甲基吡嗪的衍生物 (2 二苯胺甲基 3,5 ,6 三甲基吡嗪 )。通过了结构确证。结论 :所用合成方法切实可行。
Purpose: To seek ideal cardiovascular medicine. Methods: Tetramethylpyrazine derivatives were synthesized by bromination and amination. Results: Tetramethylpyrazine derivatives (2 diphenylamine methyl 3,5,6 trimethyl pyrazine) were synthesized. Passed the structural verification. Conclusion: The synthetic method is feasible.
