目的探讨无痛人工流产术在全程超导可视下的临床疗效、安全性以及并发症情况。方法将400例要求终止妊娠的孕妇随机分为两组,观察组人工流产术在全程超导可视下进行,对照组采取传统人工流产术,对比两组孕妇的手术效果。结果手术时间、术中出血量、术后并发症及孕妇月经恢复情况两组进行比较,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无痛人工流产术在全程超导可视下进行,能够降低孕妇的手术疼痛程度,避免发生医院感染,具有微创性、并发症少、安全性高等优点。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy, safety and complications of painless abortion under full superconducting visualization. Methods Four hundred pregnant women who requested termination of pregnancy were randomly divided into two groups. The abortion group in the observation group was under the visualization of the entire superconductivity. The control group was treated with traditional abortion to compare the surgical effects of the two groups of pregnant women. Results The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative complications and maternal menstrual recovery were compared between two groups, the observation group was superior to the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The painless abortion can be performed under full visualization of superconductivity, which can reduce the degree of pain in pregnant women and avoid nosocomial infection. It has the advantages of minimally invasive, less complications and higher safety.
