目的建立同时测定杏香兔耳风制剂中8种咖啡酰奎宁酸有效成分含量测定的方法,并比较不同厂家生产的杏香兔耳风单方与复方制剂的含量差异。方法采用Cosmosil RP-C18色谱柱(250 mm伊4.6 mm,5滋m);流动相:乙腈-0.1%甲酸水溶液,梯度洗脱;流速:1 mL·min-1;检测波长:328 nm;柱温:35益;结果 8种被测咖啡酰奎宁酸成分分离度良好;各成分质量浓度与峰面积在测定范围内均呈良好的线性关系(r跃0.9995);重复性良好;平均加样回收率在98.14%耀101.73%(RSD为1.26%耀2.73%)(n=9)。所收集的不同厂家杏香兔耳风制剂中,酚酸含量相差较大;杏香兔耳风胶囊(厂家1)中咖啡酰奎宁酸的含量相对较高,其他厂家的杏香兔耳风制剂酚酸含量相近。结论该方法准确、简单,重复性良好,可用于不同杏香兔耳风制剂中8种酚酸的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of 8 active ingredients of caffeoylquinic acid in the apricot extract rabbit ear wind preparation and to compare the content differences of the single and compound preparations of apricot rabbit with different manufacturers.
