河南省高新技术产业开发区上作会议于5月28日在郑州召开。省长李长春、省委副书记吴基传、省委常宋国臣、副省长范钦臣等有关领导同志到会祝贺并讲了话。来自北京、上海、西安等地的大专院校、科研单位30多位专家教授,以及省内大专院校、科研单位、大型企业和军工企业代表150多人参加了会议。国家科委顾问谢绍明专程从山东赶到河南参加了会议。这次会议的主要议题是:传达贯彻全国高新技术产业开发区工作会议精神,公布关于郑州高技术开发区的实施方案及优惠政策,开展进入郑州高技术开发区的项目洽谈,进一步创造良好条件,推动河南省高新技术产业的迅速发展。
