创意产业化人才培养模式,是促进社会创新发展动力的主要构成部分,具有创新性、综合性等特征。随着我国文化产业结构综合优化,创意式人才培养模式在社会人才输出中的作用越来越突出。基于此,本文以景德镇学院陶瓷艺术专业为例,对陶瓷创意产业园人才培养模式实施的意义进行分析,为促进社会新型产业结构转型提供理论指导。
Creative industrialization personnel training mode is to promote social innovation and development driving force of the main components, with innovative, comprehensive and other characteristics. With the comprehensive optimization of cultural industry structure in our country, the role of creative talent training mode in the output of social talents is becoming more and more prominent. Based on this, this article takes the ceramics art specialty of Jingdezhen Institute as an example to analyze the significance of implementation of talent cultivation mode in ceramic creative industry park and provide theoretical guidance for promoting the transformation of new social structure of industry.
