春季结膜炎是季节性反应性疾病,治疗效果欠佳。我们自1988年2月～1990年10月,用本院自制的4.5%赖氨匹林满眼剂门诊治疗春季结膜炎30例和原因不明单纯眼部奇痒4例,疗效较满意。对象和方法一、对象确诊为春季结膜炎30例,原因不明的单纯眼部奇痒4例。男22例,女12例。年龄8～56岁,平均20岁。病程3个月～9年,平均37个月。二、方法 1.赖氨匹林滴眼剂的配制:静脉注射用赖氨匹林900mg(相当于阿斯匹林497mg),加蒸馏水20ml,配成4.5%赖氨匹林溶液(相当于2.5%阿斯匹林溶液)。 2.使用方法:确诊后即用4.5%赖氨 Spring conjunctivitis is a seasonal reactivity disease, the treatment effect is not good.
