在中/碱性造纸施胶剂中,最常用的是烷基烯酮二聚体(AKD)和烯基琥珀酸酐(ASA)。AKD一般购买到的即是成品,可直接使用;使用时只需要1台将施胶剂加到流程中指定点的输送泵就可以了。因此,小型施胶机多年来一般都在AKD和松香胶施胶工艺中使用。该工艺的缺点是反应特别慢,需要耗费很长的时间并保持高温来完成熟化过程。
Among medium / alkaline papermaking sizing agents, alkyl ketene dimer (AKD) and alkenyl succinic anhydride (ASA) are the most commonly used. AKD generally purchased is the finished product, can be used directly; use only need a set of sizing agent to the designated point in the process of transfer pump on it. As a result, small size dispensers have for many years been generally used in AKD and rosin sizing processes. The disadvantage of this process is that the reaction is extremely slow, which takes a long time and maintains a high temperature to complete the ripening process.
