绩效评估是当代人力资本管理理论研究和实践中必须面对的一个问题。知识经济时代,绩效内容已发生了巨大的变化,绩效评估内容、评估指标必须适应这个变化。而当前绩效评估理论和实践中皆有很多误区,了解知识经济条件下应用绩效指标应注意的问题以及走出误区的方略,将会有效提高人力资本的管理。
Performance evaluation is a problem that must be faced in the research and practice of contemporary human capital management theory. In the era of knowledge-based economy, the content of performance has undergone tremendous changes. The contents of performance appraisal and evaluation index must adapt to this change. However, there are many misunderstandings in the theory and practice of current performance appraisal. Understanding the problems that should be noticed when applying the performance indicators under the condition of knowledge economy and the strategy of going out of the erroneous zone will effectively improve the management of human capital.
