我们经过三年多的实验,成功地研制出了以稻壳为轻骨料,以水泥、轻灰、河沙、石粉等为原料复合制成DKC砌块。2000年已获得国家专利局授权的发明专利一项、实用新型专利一项。DKC砌块具有质轻、高强、化学成分稳定、防水抗冻、防火阻燃、节能降耗、、使用简单、施工方便、适用性强等诸多优点。在DKC砌块设计中,我们本着在提高强度、保证质量、扩大用途的前提下,将阻燃、防水、节能、轻质等要求融人设计目标,使之能形成既可用于承重墙,也可用于多层建筑,还可用于替代模板的多功能建筑材料。1 设计依据(1)参照国标GB2839-87“其他材料制成的砌块”指标执行。规定强度标号(MPa):非承重块5、7.5;承重块强度10、15等作为新的允许使用强度。并规定小型
