)国防建设体现国家的安全利益,经济建设体现国家的发展利益,两者根本利益是一致的,但也存在着矛盾:在一定时期内,任何一方的投入过多,最终都会影响国家的根本利益。关键在于,两个方面的建设要协调、要适度。文章从国防建设适度发展的含义入手,研究了国防建设适度发展的主要制约因素,即国防需求因素、国防供给因素、国防建设的国内经济环境因素及其相互关系。通过对上述因素的深入分析,提出了我国国防建设的适度发展区间及现实选择。
) The national defense construction embodies the security interests of the country and the economic development embodies the development interests of the country. The fundamental interests of both countries are identical, but there are also contradictions. Over a certain period of time, excessive investment by either side will ultimately affect the fundamental interests of the country . The crux of the matter lies in the coordination of the construction of the two sides and the moderation required. Beginning with the meaning of proper development of national defense construction, the article studies the main restrictive factors of proper development of national defense construction, namely, national defense demand factors, national defense supply factors, domestic economic environment factors of national defense construction and their interrelations. Through in-depth analysis of the above factors, it puts forward the appropriate development interval and realistic choice of China’s national defense construction.
