油菜是一种生长期长,叶型繁多的作物。在油菜生长期间,植株上活动着不同的异位叶片。周纪伦曾指出:不同的异位叶在各发育阶段中各自具有形态上及生理上的异质性。浙江农科院的研究指出:各层叶片的生长好坏,对油菜的分枝、结莢及产量的形成,起着显著的作用。鑑于过去对油菜叶层的生长动态与产量构成的关系研究较多,而对叶层的生理特性研究则较少,故本试验试图通过叶层的化学分析和同位素示踪方法,作为判断油菜植株的营养生理状况的指标。现将研究结果分述于下。

Now the research results are described below.
