先天性上睑下垂是一种影响视功能和有碍面容的疾病,由于多种原因往往在青春期治疗。近年来,随着儿童卫生保健事业的发展,儿童先天性上睑下垂的治疗已成为眼科学者所关注的课题。鉴于国内这方面的材料很少,现将我们的儿童上睑下垂手术初步报告如下。材料和方法总结1986年3月至1990年10月间儿童先天性上睑下垂手术30例。其中男性19例,女性11例。单眼下垂20例,双眼下垂10例,共40眼。年龄1～13岁。随访时间:3个月～2年。 Congenital blepharoptosis is a condition that affects visual function and disfiguring face and is often treated during adolescence for a variety of reasons. In recent years, with the development of children’s health care, the treatment of congenital ptosis in children has become a topic of concern to ophthalmologists. In view of the paucity of material in this area in our country, the preliminary report of our child’s ptosis surgery is as follows. Materials and Methods 30 cases of congenital ptosis in children between March 1986 and October 1990 were summarized. 19 males and 11 females. 20 cases of monocular ptosis, 10 cases of ptosis, a total of 40 eyes. Ages 1 to 13 years old. Follow-up time: 3 months to 2 years.
