《河北省高速公路机电设施养护管理系统》采用B/S架构,构建了包括:GIS、OA(办公自动化)、Workflow图文一体化的机电设施养护管理平台;建立了高速公路机电设施数据库及其管理信息系统,实现了高速公路机电维护、维修及员工工作信息的及时获取,为高速公路机电设施管理提供了先进、科学的技术手段;为高速公路管理部门提供了规范化、战略性的统计数据信息,使资源配置合理化、最优化,全面提升了管理水平。通过建立的一体化信息系统,使高速公路设备管理的静态信息与动态养护信息紧密关联;使高速公路机电设备的管理透明化、数字化;可以探测系统养护费用的主要消耗点,并分析养护费用结构的合理性。
