左旋氧氟沙星(ｌｅｖｏｆｌｏｘａｃｉｎ,ＬＶＥＸ)是消旋体氧氟沙星的光学活性(-)Ｓ异构体。其体外抗菌活性是氧氟沙星的2倍。对Ｇ+菌和Ｇ-菌均有较强的抗菌活性。对临床上大多数感染均有效。不良反应轻,细菌耐药性小[1]。我们使用其治疗呼吸系统和泌尿系统感染取得好的疗效。
Levofloxacin (LVEX) is an optically active (-) S isomer of ofloxacin in racemate. Its antibacterial activity in vitro is ofloxacin 2 times. G + bacteria and G-bacteria have strong antibacterial activity. Most clinical infections are effective. Adverse reactions, bacterial resistance is small [1]. We have achieved good results using its treatment of respiratory and urinary tract infections.
