患者女,20岁。因鼻塞、咽痛、牙痛、发热2d,于2003年5月2日在我院医务室就诊。查体:T38℃,诊断为上呼吸道感染合并牙周炎。因就诊前2d静滴过头孢拉定,症状不见好转。故给予乳酸环丙沙星100mL(0.2g)静滴。滴后大约10min,患者突感不适,表现为胸闷,继之面色苍白,神志恍惚,呼吸先急 Female patient, 20 years old.
