结合某厂510L汽车大梁钢生产试验,通过Factsage6.2热力学软件计算SiO_2-Al_2O_3-CaO-MgO四元系的相图以及低熔点区,探讨了SiO_2-Al_2O_3-CaO-MgO系低熔点夹杂物生产条件以及钢液成分控制范围。结果表明,若使510L汽车大梁钢夹杂物成分控制在Si O2-Al2O3-Ca O-(5~10%)Mg O系低熔点区域,夹杂物目标成分为0~5.8%SiO_2、43.5%~53.1%CaO、40.2%~55.9%Al_2O_3和5%~10%MgO。与之平衡的钢液中铝含量为0.010%以上,钙含量>12×10-6,氧含量在0.000 5%以内。
Based on the 510L automobile girder steel production test in a factory, the phase diagram and the low melting point region of SiO_2-Al_2O_3-CaO-MgO quaternary system were calculated by Factsage 6.2 thermodynamic software, and the production of SiO_2-Al_2O_3-CaO-MgO low melting point inclusions Conditions and liquid steel composition control range.
