一位编辑朋友给我传了些她审阅的头痛稿件题目,如“论小学作文教学”“小学作文教学改革探索”“谈赏识教育”等。光看这些大而全的题目,就能想到文章写得怎么样。我认为,对初学写教学文稿的老师来说,最好还是先从“小”入手,多写小文章。因为小,所以实。题目大了,我们把握不住,驾驭不了,写的时候只能东抄抄西摘摘,扎堆使用一些名词术语,懵懂地引用一些教育理论,几乎全是别人说过的话。或者,虽然是自己的话,但都是一些无关痛痒的假话、空话、套话。因为
