随着我国城市化脚步的不断加快,先前建造的与城市不相符的建筑会进行规划性的拆迁,而拆迁问题是我国城市社会管理的一个难点,不少的城市拆迁问题的背后存在着一定的职务犯罪。针对城市拆迁过程中的职务犯罪,应该做好调研工作,分析并找出职务犯罪的主要原因,并采取相应的措施来对城市拆迁过程中的职务犯罪进行预防和治理,保证我国城市拆迁过程的正常进行。
