本文研究变压涡轮增压高速四冲程柴油机废气能量的组成和传递效率。论述了由试验中测录的气缸低压示功图,排气管压力波图以及其他热力参数计算出废气能量传递系数值的方法。按上述方法计算了一台涡轮增压高速四冲程柴油机的大量试验结果,获得了关于四冲程柴油机可供利用的废气能量组成百分比、废气能量传递系数的定量数据以及它们随发动机运转工况的变化曲线,从而导出若干有用的结论。
This paper studies the composition and transmission efficiency of the exhaust energy of a variable-speed turbocharged high-speed four-stroke diesel engine. The method of calculating the value of the energy transfer coefficient of exhaust gas from the low pressure indication diagram of cylinder, the pressure wave of exhaust pipe and other thermodynamic parameters measured in the experiment is discussed.
