保护层下煤层防突技术主要是确定保护层保护范围。经计算沿走向方向能对被保护层11111工作面完全保护,沿倾斜方向还有46 m范围未被保护到。在11111工作面区段回风巷施工下行孔236个,间隔3 m,孔深平均为75.5 m;在区段运输巷增加施工上行顺层孔70个,间隔10 m,孔深平均为50 m,对11111工作面进行抽放。经测定11111工作面残余瓦斯含量最大为5.321 7 m3/t,保证了该矿井的安全生产,也为其他矿井的保护层下煤层防突技术提供了参考。
Coal seam under the protective layer against the main technology is to determine the scope of protection of the protective layer. It is calculated that the protected face 11111 working face can be fully protected along the strike direction, and a further 46 m along the oblique direction is not protected. There are 236 downhole holes in 11111 working face section return airway construction with an interval of 3 m with an average hole depth of 75.5 m. In the section of the transportation lane, there are 70 additional bedding stratums intersected 10 m with an average hole depth of 50 m , 11111 face drainage. It is determined that the maximum residual gas content of 11111 working face is 5.321 7 m3 / t, which ensures the safe production of the mine and also provides a reference for the outburst prevention technology of the coal seam under the protective layer of other mines.
