随着高校专业和学生人数的增加,《大学体育》课程的开班数和各单元班的学生人数均增多,导致高校体育教育资源日趋紧张,这就要求我们将通识教育课程设置的优化整合问题摆在更突出的位置予以考虑。本文对通识教育课程的要义、《大学体育》通识教育课程的构成进行初步研究,从整体上把握各专业之间发展的内涵和作用机制;剖析其通识教育课程实施效果存在的问题;分析《大学体育》通识教育课程的培养模式的主要内容和课程体系;并在此基础上提出了横向拓宽、纵向延升、优化资源、激励学生个体发展和培养学生的创新素质方面的可行性建议,为大学体育运动健身科学指导的实践和科学化管理提供参考。
