采用人关节软骨组织块进行体外培养,观察不同浓度的VitC对软骨糖胺多糖代谢的影响.结果发现给药后第二和第六天软骨组织中糖醛酸、半乳糖胺的含量及糖醛酸/蛋白质和糖醛酸/羟脯氨酸的比值高于对照组(P <0.05).表明40ug/ml和8oug/mlVitC对硫酸软骨素的合成有明显的促进作用;而对羟脯氨酸和蛋白质的合成没有明显的作用.作者认为ViC对关节软骨具有修复和抗衰老的促进作用.
The human articular cartilage tissue blocks were cultured in vitro to observe the effect of different concentrations of VitC on cartilage glycosaminoglycan metabolism. The results showed that the content of uronic acid, galactosamine, and glycoaldehyde in the cartilage tissue on the second and sixth days after administration. The ratios of acid/protein and uronic acid/hydroxyproline were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). It was shown that 40ug/ml and 8oug/ml VitC had a significant promotion effect on the synthesis of chondroitin sulfate; and hydroxyproline There is no obvious effect on the synthesis of protein. The author believes that ViC has a role in the repair and anti-aging of articular cartilage.
