对机车车辆修理工厂原有管理模式的弊端作了分析 ,提出组建称之为“XОЛДИНГ”的机车车辆修理工厂的管理机构 ,以发挥其在市场竞争条件下的优势。就按“地区原则”和“生产原则”组建“XОЛДИНГ”的各种方案进行了探讨。结论是 ,按“XОЛДИНГ”体系组织修理生产时 ,采用 1家“XОЛДИНГ”实施管理的方式最为可取 ,不需要为扩大改造生产基地投资。
Analyzed the shortcomings of the original management mode of the locomotive and vehicle repair factory and proposed to set up the management organization of the locomotive and vehicle repair factory called “XОЛДИНГ” in order to exert its advantages under the conditions of market competition. On the “regional principles” and “production principles” set up “XОЛДИНГ” various programs were discussed. The conclusion is that adopting “XОЛДИНГ” system to organize and repair production, the adoption of a “XОЛДИНГ” implementation of the management approach is most desirable, do not need to invest in expanding the transformation of production bases.
