就业是民生之本,直接关系着经济社会发展和民生改善大局。党的十八大以来,佳木斯市以“大众创业、万众创新”为统领,以高校毕业生、农民工等重点群体就业创业工作为重点,积极出台和落实促进就业创业的各项政策措施,不断推进国家级创业型城市建设,全面提升就业服务能力和水平,效应不断显现。五年来,全市实现城镇新增就业7.5万人次,下岗失业人员再就业6.6万人次,就业困难人员就业2.9万人次,城镇登记失业率
