目的 探索喉癌生物治疗新方法。方法 建立人喉癌裸鼠模型。瘤内注射新城疫病毒。对治疗后的组织进行病理学检查、病毒分离实验 ,血清ELISA实验。结果 在实验组与对照组之间 ,鼠重 (t′ =2 .397)、瘤重 (t′ =2 .85 2 )经t′检验P <0 .0 5 ,瘤体积 (t′ =6 .0 5 8)经t′检验P <0 .0 1,均有显著差异 ,抑瘤率为 84.85 6 %。病毒分离实验只有肿瘤组织中分离到病毒。ELISA实验实验组阳性。光镜和电镜下可见肿瘤细胞的坏死与凋亡及炎性细胞浸润。结论 新城疫病毒治疗人喉癌裸鼠模型有效 ,不侵犯正常组织。
Objective To explore a new method of biological treatment of laryngeal cancer. Methods Human laryngeal carcinoma model was established. Intratumor injection of Newcastle disease virus. The pathological examination of the treated tissue, virus isolation experiments, serum ELISA experiments. Results Tumor weight (t ’= 2.852) was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05) .0 5 8) by t ’test P <0. 01, were significant differences in tumor inhibition rate of 84.85 6%. Virus isolation experiments only isolated from the virus in the tumor tissue. ELISA experimental group positive. Under light microscope and electron microscope, necrosis and apoptosis of tumor cells and infiltration of inflammatory cells were observed. Conclusion Newcastle disease virus is effective in treating human laryngeal carcinoma in nude mice and does not infringe the normal tissues.
