研究纤维增强树脂复合材料的断裂韧度,通常采用弹性断裂力学的原理和方法。在研究中对复合材料的断裂韧度是否会受到试样类型和试样厚度的影响这个问题,有着不同的结论。例如文献[7]-[9]指出断裂韧度值是与试样的类型有关的。文献[8、9]还表明试样的厚度对断裂韧度值也有影响。澄清这个问题需要作深入细致的试验研究。本文采用玻璃纤维增强聚酯树脂复合材料的三点弯曲试样、单边裂缝和双边裂缝单向拉伸试样来探讨试样类型对断裂韧度的影响;同时还采用几种不同厚度的单边裂缝单向拉伸试样来探讨试样的厚度对断裂韧度的影响。
Study of the fracture toughness of fiber reinforced composites, usually using the principle and method of elastic fracture mechanics. In the study of the fracture toughness of the composite material will be subject to the type of sample and the thickness of the sample of this issue, with different conclusions. For example, references [7] - [9] indicate that the fracture toughness value is related to the type of sample. References [8,9] also show that the thickness of the specimen also has an effect on the fracture toughness values. To clarify this issue needs to be studied in detail and in depth. In this paper, the glass fiber reinforced polyester resin composite three-point bending specimens, unilateral cracks and bilateral cracks unilateral tensile specimens to explore the type of specimen fracture toughness; also used several different thickness of the single Edge crack unidirectional tensile specimens to explore the thickness of the sample fracture toughness.
