测定吉富品系尼罗罗非鱼的耐寒性能,应用室内人工降温,以0.2、0.4、0.6和0.8℃/3 h匀速降温至所有试验鱼死亡,应用Logistic方程确定罗非鱼的低温半致死温度(LT50),对持续时间、累计昏迷率和累计死亡率进行线性回归分析。结果表明:在四种降温模式下,吉富品系尼罗罗非鱼的昏迷温度范围为9.4~9.9℃,半数昏迷温度分别为8.6、8.4、9.2、9.8℃;低温死亡温度范围为7.9~9.5℃,半致死温度分别为:8.6、7.7、7.5和6.8℃。累计昏迷率与持续时间线性回归方程分别为:y=-6.426+0.063x、y=-3.512+0.074x、y=-2.431+0.081x和y=-1.454+0.080x。累计死亡率与持续时间线性回归方程分别为:y=-5.783+0.053x,y=-2.295+0.042x,y=-1.719+0.049x和y=-1.325+0.051x;0.2和0.8℃/3 h试验组的累计昏迷率与累计死亡率线性回归方程分别为:y=0.447+1.027x和y=-0.019+0.059x。0.2℃/3 h试验组的降温速度较符合罗非鱼在寒冷环境下的自然规律,可以作为降温模式的首选。
The cold tolerance of the Nile tilapia was determined by artificial indoor cooling, and all the experimental fish were cooled down at 0.2, 0.4, 0.6 and 0.8 ℃ / 3 h at uniform speed.
