Variety performance: The variety is bred by the Institute of Rice Science of Guangdong Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and was approved by Guangdong Province in 1990. Output level: From 1987 to 1988, Guangdong Province took part in the regional experiment with the average yields of 399.65 kg and 382.55 kg respectively, which were 15.24% and 10.55% higher than those of Shanyou 30, respectively.
