园本教研是教师专业成长的必然要求,是幼儿园提高办学品位的必由之路,是改进和加强教学研究工作的有效途径,园本教研中管理者处于一个重要的角色,应努力营造一个利研的环境,激发教师参与教育研究的兴趣。并要开展多样化的园本教研方式,如:课题化研究、专题性研究,开展生成式的教研活动,引导教师在反思中成长。
