小学全日制教学中,农村小学教育是主要组成部分,也是最易被人忽略的一部分,人们更加关注城市教育建设,对农村教育教学的重视度较低。因此农村小学班主任应该给予小学生更多的关心,在班级管理中,要讲究工作艺术,并结合实际情况创新工作方法,以促进班级管理质量的提高。
Primary school full-time teaching, rural primary education is the main component, but also the most easily overlooked part of the people pay more attention to the construction of urban education, rural education and teaching of low priority. Therefore, rural primary school teacher should give more attention to primary school students in class management, we should pay attention to the work of art, combined with the actual situation of innovative work methods to promote the improvement of class management quality.
