一、工程概况和地质条件宁波市北仑区大碶供销社新建百货大楼位于大碶镇后浦街与中街交叉口,系2～5层框架结构,基础面积450m~2,设有电梯。该大楼于1987年4月动工兴建,1987年12月竣工。在百货大楼东侧,有滨海旅社与其紧邻,两建筑净距约1.5 m(图1)。旅社是4层框架结构,筏片基础,1985年底竣工。百货大楼施工前的地质勘察得知,建筑场地按地表“硬壳层”的性质分为A、B两个区域(图1虚线所示)。其中A区的“硬壳层”为粘土,厚2.0～
I. Project Overview and Geological Conditions The new department store building of Daxie Supply and Marketing Co., Ltd. in Beilun District of Ningbo City is located at the intersection of Houpu Street and Zhongjie Street in Dagu Town. It is a 2 to 5 story frame structure with a base area of 450m2 and an elevator. The building was started in April 1987 and completed in December 1987. On the east side of the department store, there is a coastal hotel adjacent to it. The two buildings have a clear distance of about 1.5 m (Figure 1). The hostel is a four-story frame structure with a base for sequins and was completed at the end of 1985. Geological survey before the construction of the department store was informed that the construction site was divided into two areas A and B according to the nature of the surface “hard shell” (shown in dotted lines in Figure 1).
