本研究旨在建立热喷涂陶瓷涂层超声无损评价的方法。热喷涂二氧化二铝涂层中的超声速度由所试制的实验装置测得,并对超声速度与喷涂涂层特性的关系作了探讨。
The purpose of this study is to establish an ultrasonic nondestructive evaluation of thermal sprayed ceramic coatings. The ultrasonic velocity in the thermal sprayed aluminum dioxide coating was measured by the experimental device. The relationship between the ultrasonic velocity and the spray coating properties was also discussed.
