联合国世界卫生组织对健康下了这样的定义:“健康是生理的、心理的及社会的完全良好状态,而不单是没有疾病和虚弱。”中小学要培养健康的人才,注意心理卫生的完全良好状态,必须开展心理健康教育,这既是学生自身健康成长的需要,也是社会发展对人的素质要求的需要。1 学生心理健康的标准1.1 正视现实,能与客观现实保持平衡:对学习、生活和各项活动有清醒的客观认识,有理想、有抱负、积极向上,能实事求是地解决问题和困难,遵纪守法、与客观现实保持一致。1.2 正确地评价自己:对自己的能力、性格、爱好、长处与不足有清楚认识。能充分发挥主观能动性,在学习和工作中取得好成绩,有优良成绩时不沾沾自喜,遇到挫折不悲观失望,自尊自重,严格要求自己。
