当自主创新成为国家发展的重要战略,当邓中翰、李彦宏、吴鹰、施正荣等一大批“海归”企业家活跃在中国的多个领域,海外留学人员回国创业已成为一种趋势。2006年7月17日,教育部留学服务中心、科技部火炬中心共同发起举办首届“‘春晖杯’中国留学人员创新创业大赛”。从此,“春晖杯”三个字就与“海归”创业结下了不解之缘。
When independent innovation has become an important strategy for national development, when Deng Zhonghan, Li Yanhong, Wu Ying, Shi Zhengrong and a large number of “returnees” entrepreneurs are active in various fields in China, it has become a trend for overseas students to return to China to start businesses. On July 17th, 2006, the Overseas Study Service Center of the Ministry of Education and the Torch Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology co-sponsored the inaugural “Chunhui Cup China Innovation Competition for Overseas Students”. Since then, the word “Chunhui Cup” has had a close relationship with “Returnees”.
