实验研究了基于非线性放大环形镜锁模的全正色散可调谐锁模光纤激光器,激光器采用由主环路和非线性放大环形镜环路构成的“8”字腔全保偏结构。通过调节两环路的抽运功率,在1030nm处获得了脉宽为17.61ps,重复频率为4.133 MHz,平均功率为2.151mW的稳定锁模激光输出。通过调节可调谐滤波器,在控制激光器工作波长的同时滤波形成全正色散耗散孤子,实现了1015~1080nm可调谐稳定锁模激光输出,脉冲宽度变化范围为7.86~17.80ps。
An all-positive chromatic dispersion tunable mode-locked fiber laser based on non-linear magnification toroidal mode-locked mode was experimentally studied. The laser adopts a fully-preserved partial structure of the word-shaped cavity consisting of a main ring and a non-linear magnifying ring. By adjusting the pumping power of the two loops, a stable mode-locked laser output with pulse width of 17.61ps, repetition frequency of 4.133 MHz and average power of 2.151mW was obtained at 1030nm. By adjusting the tunable filter, it can filter the full positive dispersion dissipative soliton while controlling the working wavelength of the laser and achieve a tunable and stable mode-locked laser output with 1015 ~ 1080 nm with the pulse width varying from 7.86 to 17.80ps.
